So far, it's the best alternative I've found, it's nothing like the texture of the real stuff, but the meat sauce sticks to it and it satisfies.

Great swap out when trying to make a classic spaghetti bolognese. The spaghetti holds its shape, and has the most similar flavour and texture to a true pasta compared to any others I have tried over the years. This will definitely be a regular buy for me!

If you're looking for a substitute for pasta, this is it. It'll never be an exact replica, but add salt when boiling, and rinse afterward then add your sauce and it does the trick.
It's never failed to hit the mark for me.
