Recipe: Baked Protein Cheesecake

Elevate your cheesecakes with added protein and amazing ingredients featuring our very own LOW CARB EMPORIUM cereal and sauce. You’re going to love this baked cheesecake. It’s easy to make, sugar free, packed with protein and super creamy without the heavy calories.
Base Ingredients:
1/2 cup Low Carb Emporium cinnamon cereal
1 tbs unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tbs coconut yoghurt
30g white choc protein powder (SNACKN’ brand used for this one)
1-2 tbs Low Carb Emporium salted caramel sauce
Method:
1. Crumb your cereal by blitzing it in a bullet and then mix it with the melted butter
2. Line a mini springform cake tin and press the crumb mixture in until level and smooth. Set aside
3. Add all the cheesecake ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture in the cake tin and then bake in the air fryer for approx 25-30 mins. It should be golden on top but still slightly jiggly in the centre.
5. Allow to cool on the bench and then refrigerate overnight.
Slice up the next day and enjoy!
