We use organic tapioca fiber which is naturally sweet.
HOW SWEET IS TAPIOCA FIBRE?
About 60% as sweet as sugar. We describe it as a “soft honey flavor.”
WHAT IS TAPIOCA FIBRE?
It is derived from the cassava plant root and has a mild sweetness. It has the added benefits of being low calorie, and a prebiotic soluble fiber which aids in digestion.
