Nature's Hollow sugar free Taste Like Honey, is made with a great tasting healthful natural sweetener called Xylitol. Unlike sugar, Xylitol has a very low glycemic index, has fewer calories, and is good for your teeth.

Xylitol, Water, Natural Honey Flavour, Xantham Gum, Citric Acid, Caramel Colouring, Sorbic Acid

A good substitute for real honey

It doesn't quite taste like honey and it definitely doesn't pour like honey - almost like a glycerine - the upside to that is that it isn't at all messy.

But this is a pleasant tasting alternative to real honey and I'd recommend it for anyone who wants something that tastes but without the sugar.

Works pretty well on toast, but also as a replacement for honey in recipes (test for taste though as you might need to add a little more of this than the recipe calls for).
