Made from organic edamame beans, Slendier Edamame Bean Spaghetti is high in fibre, low in calories and very filling. Edamame spaghetti is a great traditional pasta alternative.

Ingredients

  • Organic Edamame Bean flour 
  • water

Storage Instructions

  • Store in a cool dry place.
  • Place away from sunlight
  • Protected from humidity

Prepare in 3 simple steps:

  1. Add pasta to boiling water
  2. Cook for 5 minutes until aldente
  3. Drain water and serve

I had this with Beef Stroganoff and boy was it good to have a GF low carb pasta that had an amazing taste and texture. This has given me food back that I love.

These are such a gem! I made me a keto creamy sauce with mushrooms, onions and sun-dried tomatoes and WOW this Edamame Fettuccine tasted delicious with it. Blew my expectations. Will def be purchasing more of these. They taste more like a wholemeal version of pasta!

Pasta - what's not to love

If you have made the switch to low carb or keto and miss pasta then look no further. This takes 2-3 mins in boiling water to have ready, mix through your favouite sauce and you can't go wrong. I often use this when we have guests who don't share our lifestyle of keto but want to share a meal and they can't even tell the difference.
