I love this brand’s rice and noodles but the pasta is not good. Horrible texture. Still on the hunt for an alternative low carb pasta.

Didn’t really like this the texture was off

We love our pasta. But it's carb overload. Having tried several different low carb options now, we're inclined to make our own using low carb alternatives.

But, as a ready made alternative, this is our pick. It's quick to prepare, twirls and picks up sauce most like real fettucine and it has the most pasta-like taste and bite.

After trying it a couple of times, we've found it works better if, instead of just soaking in boiling water, try soaking instead in beef stock, or for a chicken dish (or if you don't like the taste of beef) chicken stock or even vegetable stock would do.

Although a little on the processed side, this allows me and the rest of the family enjoy a pasta receipt (I follow LCRF (low carb, real food)

It actually tastes like pasta! I love Qetoe Organic Low Carb Fettuccine. Very surprised that I enjoyed it as it’s soy beans, not something I’d typically eat in any meal.
