Too mushy n broke up

Delicious. Thought it would have the same flavouring as the spaghetti and fettuccine but it doesn't. This one tastes more like the real thing!

This penne is fantastic. I've used it hot as a side dish and also used it to make a good pasta salad. Will definitely buy again.

This pasta does the job as a flavour absorbing "carb". When cooking, I find it takes 15-20 minutes. Like other low carb / gluten free pastas, when cooking it creats a super "starchy foam" no matter how little water you add which is a pain to clean up and causes the pasta to stick together. It works, I probably wouldn't eat it alone or without a sauce.The quantity is not very much, definitely not 4 serves in the box (200g). I had to use 2 boxes for a pasta bake and even then it was pretty sparse, but it did the job.
