    Truly awful

    I really wanted this to be good, being a locally made product. But it's awful. Terrible taste and texture. I threw it out.

    This was the worst low-carb pasta alternative I have tried. It doesn't even come close to the texture or taste of regular pasta. At al-dente, it had a hard, crumbling bite, and the taste would be hard to mask. If you are looking for a decent alternative, this isn't it.
