not great

didn't stay on chicken strips or prawns very well, first time trying so might have had to do something different, but did use teriyaki sauce first ?
Also as you start to use up a bit of the crumb, quite a few larger pieces of un crushed pork rind appeared, needs more crushing ?

Hi Craig, thanks for the review. From personal use (and when making chicken breast schnitzels) I find the following sequence does the trick (though not sure how it would work with prawns): Dip the protein in egg, then cover in almond flour, then dip again in egg, then coat in the the port crackle crumbs - it seems to then stick really well to the protein during the cooking process. Was hoping for better quality with the premium price

Arrived fast and well packaged. Went to use the first bag and opened it up and noticed small green bits that looked like bits of plastic. I picked them out and still used it. Not sure what they were but it’s made me cautious now every time I scoop out the crumb.

The best guilt-free crumb ever

I started using crackle crumb 6 months ago after using only almond/coconut flour for a year. I wish I'd discovered this beauty earlier as it is ALL that I use to crumb now. I don't care that it contains corn oil as I am not on a carnivore diet, it is just the excellent keto diet for me.
