Great tasting, diabetic friendly, low carb, mixed berry jam.

When there's a glut of produce, the best thing to do is to preserve it for later. That's why Mary makes some seriously delicious jams. The recipes are sweetened with pharmaceutical grade xylitol, which is a great tasting, all natural sweetener. It's perfect for those that are not able to eat cane sugar of are just trying to reduce their sugar and carb intake. 

 

Ingredients:

 Xylitol, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Water, Lemon Juice, Fruit Pectin

This jam is really nice. No.after taste, just like normal jam. I will be buying again.

This jam tastes just like regular jam. It is sweet, fruity but certainly not bitter. It is a firmer, almost jelly like texture that holds well together. Really delicious
