Tasty, but not like stroganoff made from scratch.

I made this up following the recipe on the packet, using chicken instead of beef.
The sauce was a good colour and consistency, but I needed to add some salt and pepper. I served the stroganoff with konjac noodles and a salad, so it was a low carb meal. It was tasty but not like my stroganoff made from scratch. I would make it again, but use tofu and more mushrooms next time.
