So far so good

Haven't made anything with this yet (that would be the potential 5th star) but 4 stars for the customer experience: price, ease of fulfilment and fast, fuss-free delivery. Nice dealing with a local business that understands low carb too.

Great for keto baking

I bought Healthy & Wise oat fibre to make the keto all-purpose flour devised by Victoria's Keto Kitchen (YouTube). Although it's not the brand Victoria recommends (none of the ingredients I use are because hers are American) it works beautifully, and I can use the flour successfully in any non-keto baking recipe.
