Not creamy and unpleasant taste

I really don’t like this white chocolate at all. It’s not creamy and has an unpleasant taste. It also doesn’t melt so it’s not okay to cook with. When melted it separates and crystallises

Very Good

This white chocolate is very good, with a creamy smooth texture and a balanced sweetness.
It has a pleasant depth of flavour, and is quite similar to regular white chocolate.
I realise how difficult it is to create a white chocolate like this without using regular sugar, so I give it five stars, because it is a very good attempt for what it is.
